The tea I made because I hate drinking water. Genuinely delicious, quietly doing what water can't.

For you

If you get to the end of the day feeling flat and wondering why, this is for you. A month of cold-brewed cups in the afternoon and before bed, and skin starts to look calmer, less inflamed. Antioxidant-rich, mineral-rich, honestly delicious. Not another wellness thing. Just the drink that got me hydrated for the first time in years.

About this product

I hate drinking water. This is the tea I made so I'd actually drink something during the day that wasn't coffee. Hibiscus and rosehip for potent natural vitamin C. Green tea for antioxidants. Nettle for the minerals: iron, calcium, silica. The stuff hair and skin and nails are built from. Ginger root for warmth. Gotu kola, a quiet hero, one of my favourite botanicals to read about. Cold-brew it overnight in a 500ml jar, sip it through the day. Tastes like a tart cranberry with a herby undertone. Best at room temperature. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, run the ingredients past your doctor first.

Why you'll love it

  • The one addition to your day your skin notices in a month.
  • Loose leaf, no bags, no bleaches, no waste.
  • Beautiful colour, honest flavour.

One of the highest natural sources of vitamin C, supports skin from the inside.

Hibiscus

Contains naturally occurring fruit acids, sometimes called “nature's Botox.”

Nettle Leaf

Deeply mineral-rich, iron, calcium, and silica for hair, skin, and nails.

How to use

  1. Add 1 heaped tablespoon of tea to a 500ml glass jar before heading to bed or first thing in the morning.
  2. Cover with boiling water and screw on the lid. Brew overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  3. Strain and add honey for sweetness if needed.
  4. Try adding coconut water for extra hydration, a great boost to your daily water intake. Sip throughout the day.
  5. Best served at room temperature.
  6. Contains green tea (caffeinated), if sensitive to caffeine, keep this as a morning drink.

Frequently asked

How much should I drink?

A 500ml jar a day is my rhythm, sometimes a full litre. If you're just starting out or prefer smaller amounts, one or two cups is completely fine. It's a herbal blend rather than a supplement, so the benefits come from consistency over weeks, not volume.

Does it contain caffeine?

A small amount, from the green tea component. Much lower than a cup of coffee, but if you're caffeine-sensitive or drinking it in the evening, worth knowing.

How do I brew it?

A cold-brew method, one heaped tablespoon in a 500ml glass jar, cover with boiling water, seal the lid, and steep overnight (or at least 4 hours). Strain and sip through the day. See the How to use section for the full method, including how to add coconut water for extra hydration. Also lovely warmed up if you'd prefer.

Is it safe during pregnancy?

Skin Loving Tea contains herbs (including nettle, gotu kola, and green tea) that some healthcare providers advise against during pregnancy or in specific trimesters. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to be, we'd recommend running the ingredients list past your doctor or midwife before use.

Where does it ship from and how long does it take?

I ship from Geelong, Victoria within 1-3 business days. Standard Australia-wide shipping is 3-5 business days. You'll get a tracking number when it goes out.
